The Director 
Fred Lane has been writing technical documents for 30 years in the manufacturing sector, largely in quality assurance, but he has been involved environmental management and chain of custody. His prime focus has been with the creation and maintenance of Management Systems, often leading to certification to internationally recognised Standards.
He believes that performance measurement, role accountability, communication and precision in business control is enhanced by having a documented business structure, creating a clear pathway for business activity to take place.
